SAER JOURNAL / PUBLICATION FEE POLICY
SAER Journal approaches the sustainability of scholarly publishing in conjunction with the principles of open access and editorial independence.
No fee is charged to authors for manuscript submission, initial editorial assessment, or peer review. The article processing charge is applied only to manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and received a final decision of acceptance for publication.

PEER REVIEW
Peer Review and Reviewer Support
Peer review at SAER Journal is conducted independently of the financial and editorial decision-making processes. Authors are not charged any additional fee for peer review.
Completed peer review
Reviewers appointed by the Journal receive reviewer support for each completed review that meets the Journal's editorial and scholarly evaluation standards.

Reviewer support is provided by SAER Journal and is not charged separately to authors. It is independent of the reviewer's recommendation, the direction of the review, and the final editorial decision concerning the manuscript.
FEE PRINCIPLES
Principles of Fee Administration
Decisions concerning editorial assessment, peer review, revision, acceptance, or rejection are based exclusively on the scholarly quality of the manuscript, its relevance to the Journal's aims and scope, publication ethics, and independent peer-review reports.
Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee acceptance and does not provide an author with priority or preferential treatment at any stage of the editorial process. Fee-related procedures begin only after a final decision of acceptance has been issued.
Financial procedures and scholarly editorial decisions are administered independently of one another.
PAYMENT
Payment
Payment information is provided to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are not required to make any payment while their manuscript remains under editorial or peer review.
