Publishing Model
SAER Journal is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access and exclusively electronic multidisciplinary scholarly journal. The journal publishes four issues per year and follows a continuous publication model.
The publishing model is designed to ensure that manuscripts are published without unnecessary delay once editorial and scholarly evaluation has been completed, while maintaining academic record integrity and broad access to scientific content.
Publication Frequency and Continuous Publication
The publication year of SAER Journal consists of four issue periods:
An issue is opened for each publication period. Manuscripts that have completed editorial assessment, peer review, acceptance, final checks and publication preparation are published in the open issue without waiting for the issue to close.
At the end of each period, the issue is completed and the next issue enters publication. SAER Journal does not use a separate Early View or ahead-of-print stage; publication-ready articles become part of the final content of the relevant issue.
Publication Languages
SAER Journal accepts manuscripts in Turkish, English and Arabic. Articles published in Turkish or Arabic must include an English title, abstract, keywords and essential bibliographic metadata.
English-language metadata supports the discoverability and accessibility of published research across international scholarly systems. Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts meet appropriate standards of academic language and expression.
Open Access and Licensing
SAER Journal is an open-access journal. Full texts of published articles are available online without subscription, institutional membership or reader charges.
Published works are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. The license permits sharing, reuse and adaptation of the content provided that appropriate attribution is given.
Electronic Publishing and Persistent Identification
SAER Journal is published exclusively in electronic form. Printed issues are not part of the journal's publishing model. Articles are made available through the journal's online publishing platform.
Eligible publications are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Article citation information, authorship, publication date, issue details and other bibliographic metadata are provided as part of the electronic publication record.
Digital Preservation and Scholarly Record
Digital preservation and archiving procedures are applied to support the long-term accessibility of published content and the continuity of the scholarly record.
Corrections, retractions or editorial notices that become necessary after publication are linked to the existing bibliographic record, preserving the history and integrity of the published scholarly work.
Fees and Editorial Independence
Current conditions regarding any fees that may apply during submission, evaluation or publication are published separately under the journal's Fee Policy.
Fees, advertising activities, sponsorships or other commercial relationships do not influence editorial acceptance or rejection decisions. Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific quality, ethical compliance, methodological rigor and academic contribution.
